I created this page as an extra page to add my own photos that aren't assignments but I thought would be nice to share with you.
Point Pelee After The Winter
I recently went on a little trip to Point Pelee for a day to show my cousin the beautiful scenery of the nature that is there because I really thought it would be wonderful for her to see the beauty that we have in Canada. While I was there I took pictures of the beauty that I saw and there 2 pictures are my favourite of them all. The first picture is of the boardwalk they have and I went to the top of the watch tower and took this beautiful picture. I like it because I really think I captured the beauty with the water and the plants and I like how I have a leading line with the boardwalk that takes you thought the who scene. The second picture was taken on the beach and I captured this picture on an side view angel so I could capture the contrast between the sand, water and ice. I think this picture represents the weather perfectly because you can see that the ice is melting and that it's starting to get warm out and that the spring is coming.
Plant blooming in the spring time
My parents and I recently went on another trip to Point Pelee but made a stop by a flower shop. It;s spring and plants are blooming so fast and it's beautiful. This is mt favorite time of the year and I wanted to take pictures to show the beauty of plants. The first picture I took was of a bunch of cactus and cactus like plants in one pot. This is such a beautiful picture of this plant because it really caught the beautiful colors and caught the depth of the picture. I took this picture from a higher angle to show the detail all around the pot. The second picture are of hanging flowers and I love this picture. The leading lines on an angle with all the flowers hanging just showed lots of detail. All the leading lines end up going towards the flowers which is the main purpose of the photo. Saved my favorite picture I caught for the end. This picture in my eyes is so beautiful and really captures the beauty of this plant and it makes me want to buy it. The twisted branch in a braid is caught so clearly and leads to the bush on top of it which has such crisp green color pops out so much in this picture. I love how in the background of the picture you have more of the same trees but the focus is still one the one main tree in the middle of the picture. Out of all three pictures the last one is my most favorite. Happy Spring!!!!
